Since the nitrogen in its content is in the form of ammonium (NH4), it is especially effective in the first growth stages of plants. The amount of nitrogen in its structure may not meet all the needs of the plant when used as a base (subsoil) fertilizer. For this, in the use of DAP, the plant should be supported with other nitrogen fertilizers in top fertilization. It is retained in the soil because its nitrogen is in the form of ammonium (NH4). In case of excessive precipitation or excessive irrigation, nitrogen is not lost by washing from the soil.

  • Phosphorus is the highest base fertilizer.
  • Phosphorus is the most effective fertilizer in calcareous soils.
  • It ensures the germination (exit) of the seed.
  • It accelerates root development in plants.
  • It increases flowering in plants.
  • It provides seed and grain binding.
  • Early harvest and abundant crops are achieved with DAP fertilizer.

Where to use?

DAP fertilizer is used as phosphorus fertilizer in our country as well as all over the world. Phosphorus as a plant nutrient is essential for root development in the early growth stages of the plant and phosphorus is very much needed for energy metabolism. If it is not applied in sufficient amount or at the appropriate depth, phosphorus deficiency is seen in the plant; There is a big drop in yield and quality.
