Photosynthesis is the most important energy process in the world. Solar energy is converted into food in plants by photosynthesis. For this reason, the production capacity of plants depends on the activity of the sun. The element iron (Fe) is necessary for the synthesis of the pigment chlorophyll, which is responsible for the photosynthesis process. Chlorophyll is the pigment responsible for capturing the sun's rays.

The light green color/yellowing that occurs from time to time in plants is a clear indication of iron deficiency and means that plant health is in danger. In the yellowing caused by iron deficiency, the leaf veins are green at the beginning and yellow between the veins. In the next period, all of the leaves turn yellow. Commercially available iron chelates can partially cure this deficiency in plants. However, unlike the others, Ferrosrene provides a better solution with low dose and high effect level.

Importance of ORTO-ORTO Isomer

EDDHA chelate is very effective in high pH soils against yellowing caused by iron (Fe) deficiency. Only the ortho-ortho (oo EDDHA) isomer is an iron preparation that can be effective even in soils because it forms a very tight chemical bond with iron.

The most effective of the three isomers formed during the chemical synthesis of EDDHA chelate is the ortho-ortho isomer. Ortho-para and para-para isomers cannot form a strong bond with iron as the EDDHA iron chelated ortho-ortho isomer contained in Ferrosrene. This reveals the chelate quality of Ferrosrene.
