Valagro, which has 40 years of experience in the field of biological products after the purchase; It has been announced that it will continue its research and production activities with the Valagro brand, management team and employees, production facilities and operational independence.

Having achieved the success of bringing its products to 80 countries, Valagro has 13 subsidiaries and 700 employees around the world. In addition to its production in Italy, it was shared that Valagro will build a new facility in the USA in the near future, in addition to one factory in Brazil, two in India and two in Norway.

In the biological product market, which is expected to double in the next 5 years from this merger; It is expected to bring a new and strong synergy to the subsidiaries.

Stating that they have written a new page in history and that they can look to the future with greater confidence, Valagro CEO Giuseppe Natale stated that with this operation, new growth hopes have arisen worldwide, and that they can invest more effectively in the future of sustainable agriculture, and that the partnership is the right one.
